TNS vs East Fife Prediction & Betting Tips (14 October)

TNS have been cooking with gas on their own patch of late, winning eight and drawing one of their previous nine top-flight fixtures, not to mention outscoring their opponents by 13 goals to two along the way. East Fife, on the other hand, have found the going tough on the road of late, losing four of their last five trips, including one at this venue.

These two teams are battling for a reason, conceding 57 goals between them in a combined 22 top-flight fixtures up to this point. Six of the previous seven TNS home games have contained three goals or more, as have ten of the last 12 East Fife away matches, so any deviation from this script would come as a surprise when the sides meet.

Somewhat incredibly, at least one of the two goalkeepers has emerged with a clean sheet from 14 of the previous 15 East Fife games at this level, and they are without a goal in eight away matches on the bounce. As for TNS, both teams have scored in just five of their last 20 home fixtures in the Challenge Cup, so don’t expect too many fireworks.
