Rennes vs Brest Prediction & Betting Tips (13 December)

Stade Rennais saw its enchanted parenthesis close last Saturday at the Parc des Princes, scene of a severe defeat against PSG 5-0. Spared by injuries, Rennes is deprived of its central defender Jacquet with starting status, suspended after being excluded in Paris. Rouault seems to have a head start on Seidu to compensate for this absence alongside Brassier and Aït-Boudlal in the three-way hinge. Habib Beye should line up an eleven almost identical to that of the last matches with the former Brestois Camara in midfield, Frankowski and Al-Tamari on the wings and the finishers Embolo (4 goals) and Lepaul (7 goals) associated in attack. A suspension is also to be noted in the Brest camp, that of Ajorque, still stuck at one small goal at mid-season.

The other offensive assets Del Castillo (6 goals) and Doumbia, author against Monaco of his 4th goal of the year, will be on deck. The supersub Labeau Lascary (2 goals), the number 1 goalkeeper Majecki who is not satisfactory and the full-backs Bourgault and Zogbé confined to the bench are on their side uncertain. Substitute for Majecki, Coudert has just posted his first clean sheet of the season.
