Wolfsburg vs Freiburg Prediction & Betting Tips (20 December)

Has the crisis finally passed on Wolfsburg's side? Completely on the street just a few days ago, this team had suffered a series of defeats for many weeks to the point of flirting with the red zone. But after a final setback suffered at home against Bayer Leverkusen 1-3, the Wolves finally stopped the bleeding by taking a point from Frankfurt 1-1. Better yet, they were even able to string together 2 very important successes against Union Berlin 3-1 and at Borussia Mönchengladbach 1-3 last weekend. Following this small series, VfL moved up to 13th in the rankings and is 4 steps ahead of the red zone. Used to playing the leading roles in the Bundesliga or at least fighting for a European place, Friborg is further behind this year.

The Black Forest club is in fact stuck in the soft underbelly of the ranking, in 9th position, with a short lead of 2 small points over its opponent of the day.
