Manchester City vs Liverpool Prediction & Betting Tips (4 April)

For the Mersey club which won the competition in 2022, the task promises to be more difficult on the Manchester City pitch this Saturday. The Reds are currently 5th in the Premier League and are 5 points behind the Big 4 but 5th place could ultimately qualify for the next Champions League. Unable to win in the last three days, they were held to a draw at home by Tottenham 1-1 and otherwise lost to Wolverhampton 2-1 and Brighton 2-1. Next Wednesday, Liverpool travels to PSG to play their Champions League quarter-final first leg. 

For Manchester City, we must mention the packages of important central defenders Ruben Dias and Gvardiol. With his double, the versatile O'Reilly (4 goals and 3 assists in the PL) was the great architect of the victory against Arsenal in the League Cup final. Striker Haaland (22 goals and 7 assists in the PL) has been less to his advantage since the start of 2026. He should still start this Saturday. The offensive players Semenyo (15 goals and 4 assists in PL), Cherki (3 goals and 8 assists in PL) and Doku (1 goal and 4 assists in PL) are applying to support him.

On the Liverpool side, goalkeeper No. 1 Alisson, the important winger Salah, the disappointing striker Isak as well as the substitutes Leoni, Bradley (defenders) and Endo (midfielder), are all missing.
